1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
  • It must be returned in the original packaging.
  • The return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence.
  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery.
  • Items without original packaging or tags.
  • Sale/discounted items (unless defective or damaged).

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear photos or videos of the issue.
  • We will review your case and offer a replacement or full refund as applicable.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method or bank account (for COD orders).

5. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • You are responsible for securely packaging and shipping the item to avoid damage in transit.
